All About Our Business IT Support

Electrowise Business Systems has a specialist team dedicated to supporting local organizations and educational establishments. Computers have become a vital tool within the business environment, but employing a full time member of staff to deal with IT issues isn’t always cost effective. 

We can bridge that gap providing support for anything from a single PC to 100+ with multiple servers expanding over multiple branches.

We currently provide support to over 50 local businesses ranging from Accountants to Schools and Charities.

All of our Business support contracts are specially designed to be functional and reasonably priced. If you require additional support above and beyond the standard packages on offer, or you only require certain services (i.e. Cloud services, routine maintenance etc.) we can put together a bespoke package tailored to your company’s needs.

As well as support, we can design and deploy new IT solutions using the latest Hardware and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. We have deployed solutions to a wide range of different businesses with varying needs, from just a simple file server, to a central database with multi-site remote access. As business and education moves forward, so does the need for new technology. Electrowise prides itself in keeping up with new developments.

We also offer businesses the option of opening a 30 day account with us.

We Offer 24 Hour Support

While our normal working hours are Monday-Friday  09:00-17:30. Our team of professional engineers are available for emergency Business support out-of-hours.

Once your company’s network has been configured correctly, our engineers will be able to connect to any of the computers on your network remotely from our Newton Abbot office – eliminating the down time of travelling to the premises to evaluate and address the issues.

At times, it may not be possible for the engineers to solve a problem remotely (System not powering up, no network) so we would need to arrange an on-site visit. Depending on the urgency, we can arrange an emergency visit if required

Company Server Health & Backup

We can monitor your company’s backup and server health from our office in Newton Abbot, this will enable us to detect any problems before they impact your business. We will always endeavour to work on your servers outside of business hours to minimize the impact on your daily work routine.

Even if you are not on one of our Business Support Packages, we are always willing to assist on an ad-hoc basis to help solve any problems that may have occurred on your server. Just give us a call and we will arrange an on-site visit.

It is very important to protect your Data to prevent any fraudulent activity, this is why we offer our Secure Erase service. We can remove all sensitive and personal information from a Hard-Drive providing you with a blank drive to re-use or dispose of.

We offer upgrades for any server or computer in your business, where possible we will upgrade on-site ensuring it has the least impact upon your company. Some upgrades however, will require the computer to be taken to our office, where we will complete the work and get the computer back to you as soon as possible.

Surveillance Services

With the ever-growing number of thefts and damage to property, security has never been more important. We now provide High-end surveillance systems ranging from 1 – 64 cameras, which allow for viewing from anywhere in the world using any internet browser, or the dedicated app.

We only use high quality cameras, recorders, and cables. We can also provide additional accessories to suit each individual camera’s needs (security housing for the camera, Pole mounts, Additional Lighting).

We offer a free on-site survey for all surveillance requests (within a 5-mile radius of Newton Abbot)
Internet Connection Required.
